Need to return your item?
You have a right to cancel and return your items within 14 days of you receiving your order.
Please allow 5 days for Accounts to process your refund.
Your bank may take 3-5 working days for your refund to show in your account.
We reserve the right to refuse to refund items that are returned that are not in re-saleable condition.
Goods returned must be undamaged, in their original and undamaged packaging, unworn and complete with all tags and labels attached and those returned in an unsatisfactory condition may be returned to you at your expense.
All return postage costs are non-refundable (Unless the item is faulty) and we do not currently offer pre-paid returns.
We recommend that you send items either signed for or recorded delivery. Mimi & Thomas will not be held responsible for any missing parcels on the customer’s behalf.
In the event that we do not receive your returned goods, we will ask you to provide the proof of posting from your Post office or applicable returns service location. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide the certificate of posting.
If you have received an incorrect, faulty or damaged item, please contact our Customer Service Team via firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and in the original tender currency.

You have the right to cancel your order under the Distance Selling Regulations. If you wish to cancel you must tell us in writing to email@example.com within 14 calendar days from the day after the date on which the products are delivered.
